Nosferatu

Another one of my favorite ESCO statues is Nosferatu. To the best of my knowledge, this may be the only vintage collectible of the character.

It is impossible to make eye contact this guy.

Although simplified and made somewhat cartoonish, I think the essence of the character is captured very well in this statue. The rodent-like ferocity still resonates in the sculpt.

The statue is about 17.5″ tall and the back of the base, which is of the type that would be used on most later ESCO statues, is marked “©1981 Esco Productions”.
