DX Liner Boy comes form the series Rescue Task Force GOGO V, which aired in Japan from 1999-2000. In the USA, this toy was called Max Solarzord from Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue.
The toy is about 11" tall in robot mode, and is all plastic. Some stickers need to be applied. The toy is molded in color, and has some great gold chrome parts that really make this piece stand out.
