Spike Spiegel

Spike Spiegel is the protagonist of classic anime Cowboy Bebop, which just got this surprise scale statue from Kotobukiya this last year. It’s his first figure in five years, and definitely worth the wait AND the price.

Spike is portrayed in his trenchcoat, which only a few figures of him have included or had him wearing. The web exclusive version of this allows you to display him without it, but I like this just fine.

The face and hair are as spot-on to the character as you could ask for.

Spike comes as one big piece with his gun molded in his hand, but a rose is included to lay loosely on the base.

Even the back and the brick wall he’s laying against are superbly detailed. If you’re looking for the definitive Spike Spiegel figure, this is definitely it.
