Guyver Gigantic
I`ve covered the history of Guyver Gigantic in the Gigantic Dark review.
This review is to point out the differences between the figures as the posability and many of the features are the same.
The major differences between the two Gigantic`s are the head sculpts, High Frequency Swords and colour.
I`m not quite sure why Guyver Gigantic is a yellow/gold colour when the normal mode is blue.
Like Gigantic Dark, Guyver Gigantic stands 9 1/2 inches tall and comes with a good array of accessories.
First are the small and large High Frequency blades, the chest spike and gravity ram, a normal head and one with the vibration globes opened on the sides of the face.
The figure comes with a set of three hands, a display stand is included, but its slightly different from others in the series in that its larger and the stand can hold figures horizontally to give flight poses and finally attachments that make up the Giga-Smasher.
To attach the Giga-smasher, you open the chest panels and rotate the orbs inside clockwise to reveal the peg hole for the attachments.
Like Gigantic Dark, Guyver Gigantic comes with two head sculpts to show the look of open and closed Sonic Emitters.
Guyver Gigantic has a clear purple plastic Gravity Ram that fits into the chest in the same way as Gigantic Dark`s.
My figure has a paint chip on the left chest panel, so far its the only issue with paint work i have for figures in this series.
Gigantic can sometimes be difficult to pose without its stand, it takes patience but you get a good range of poses from the figure.
Here`s a size comparison with both Guyver 1 and Gigantic and Guyver 3 and Gigantic Dark.
A side-by-side shot of the accessories.
