Gears of War was a pretty good game unfortunately I could never finish it, it just got too tough for me at one point and I never picked it up again. But it does have good design to it and it would make for some nice collectibles. Well apparently NECA agrees and has several items I think fans of Gears of War will dig.
Everything on display was from GOW 2, Gow 1 had a series of smaller 6 inch scale figures that have been out for some time now. Looks like NECA is going all in on a 12 inch scale series of figures for the sequel game. First up and out now I believe, is the main character Marcus Felix which features light up armor.
prototype sculpts where shown for the rest of the line but Marcus appears to be the only one close to done yet. But what I saw looked good.
Lastly they did have a cute Marcus Felix on display but no release date or suggested price point was on display and the representatives from NECA where all involved with helping others at the time we stopped by the booth.
