Between Tamashii Nations and Bandai America, it's a good year to be a Godzilla fan. S.H. Monsterarts were on display, with a cool diorama of Godzilla attacking the Javitz center:
I asked about why the Hesei period versions of the monsters - they said that kids who grew up on Hesei Godzilla are now of target market age where they have jobs and disposable income. Makes sense to me.
I told them that if they made a Jet Jaguar, they would make sell a ton of them. Do you agree? We'll have a poll soon about what you think should be a future MonsterArts.
Godzilla and Mechagodzilla, which have been released already, on display:
Upcoming releases Mogera, Space Godzilla, Little Godzilla
Space Godzilla Box Mockup
I heard a rumor that there will be an SDCC exclusive S.H. Monsterarts release. It's burning up inside of me, but I can't tell you. Bandai would have a melt down if I let it slip.
