Those feet look so weak; as thrust vectors, they're cool, but as feet for a giant robot... :(

It looks based off of the YF-21, which does not have thrusters as feet.

That IS the YF-21

It's Hasegawa's YF-21 kit with a different mask pattern for the cockpit canopy (which, in the kit, is a completely clear part.)

Meh. This is kind of weak. I mean, jeez, guys, at least give us a more conventional canopy! Also, I'd have liked to see the camo be "broken" at the seams where the transformation happens; something to emphasize the fact that this is a variable-configuration mecha, rather than just another skiffy fighter plane.

edit: Also, they should have used "low-vis" UN Spacy kites instead of those bright-red things. Although from what I've been told, once a plane hits Mach 2 all the paint burns off anyway, so I guess it doesn't matter!

Yeah- and a jet fighter

Yeah- and a jet fighter can't transform into a giant robot, and a military robot would never be liveried in base white, blue, red, and yellow...

What kinda nonsense are you people talking about!? ;P
