Two new Godzillas from Slash Company

Available in late December from Slash Company, two new Godzilla vinyls.

Glow Jumbo Godzilla 42cm tall ¥12,000 (tower not included)

That toy is a new colorway of the vinyl re-issue of the Popy Talking Jumbosaurus (essentially the Japanese Shogun Warrior Godzilla).

Reprint New Godzilla (grey/green) 15cm tall ¥4,500

It's hard to tell from that photo, but the second one looks very similar, but smaller.

Y'know, I thought that color

Y'know, I thought that color scheme looked familiar! Actually, if I'm not mistaken, you have the re-issue of the Bullmark Giant Sized Godzilla, not the Popy Jumbosaurus. But when you paint them up the same way, they do look awful similar! But they aren't the same..

Here is what Sanjeev is thinking of, for those not in the know...

Ah, correct...but...

Absolutely right: that's the Popy/B-Club reissue of the giant-sized Bullmark Godzilla next to Daimajin in your pic above. Mmmm...what? 12 inches tall or so?

That Slash one is a reissue of the (vintage) Popy Jumbosaurus, which is about 16 inches tall. I forget the exact reason, but it's obviously in the same paint scheme as the Bullmark reissue. I'm sure this is in homage to a vintage colorway...I'll try to research that later tonight.

But in answer to your main point, I still actually do have the Slash Popy-reissue Jumbosaurus! Just got it the other day from Mike Johnson at ClubTokyo! It's been out for a little while; in fact, I believe Super7 had solicted it at some point.

And, man, was I shocked to see how big it was! I thought it was going to be the same size as the Bullmark reissue...NOPE!! 12" versus 16"...so much for them being in scale! :P

I must apologize. I didn't

I must apologize. I didn't realize this colorway was already released and came with the tower, nor did I know you had one. I just assumed, due to the paint scheme, that you'd mistaken it for the Bullmark re-issue.. So this is indeed a re-release without the tower. I'll be interested in knowing what the colorways is based on then.
