I got really into these Kridana figures once Sanjeev posted reviews of them here on CDX, so naturally we sought them out when we were at Toy Fair. They are really well done for a relative newcomer to the scene, and now they need to get the distribution to back up the quality toys they release. Kridana founder Mahender Swami Nathan is an immediately likable guy, and he is really passionate about his toys. He's recruited the best in the industry to make sure his action figures are top-notch. He really cares about the product, and it shows. The three main action figures in the line are Hanuman (reviewed here): Rama (Reviewed, Here): and the upcoming Ravana Action figure. Ravana is the Ramayana's evil emperor. he is a demon king of both brawn and brain who must be defeated if Rama is to save the world. This figure is much larger than the other two releases and will make for a fearsome foe. The plush toys looked cute and all, but that's not what we are really all about, is it? No, we like articulated plastic, thank you very much. Keep an eye out for these guys. Kridana has a lot of potential, lets hope they get a chance to share it with the world.
