Of course our main reason for visiting NECA is to talk to Randy about their Pacific Rim line. As you know we here at CDX are huge Pacific Rim fans but we were let down with the initial run of figures. I talked to Randy at length about what the future of the Pacific Rim line holds. I'm glad NECA realizes that the first run of Pacific Rim figures were not up to par and that we'll be seeing re-tooled versions of Gipsy Danger in wave 5. Cherno Alpha is just about out, and Randy told us that Cherno ALpha will be the next 18" figure after Knifehead. There will be one more 18" Jager after that, and then who knows... the 18" Knifehead is ASTOUNDING looking. It is just massive. These photos don't do it justice. I have no idea where I'm going to put this, but I want one. DSC_0396DSC_0397DSC_0398DSC_0399DSC_0400 Cherno Alpha looks great, along with Coyote Tango. I asked Randy about the bad hips on Striker Eureka and he said it was a factory issue and that NECA is replacing any damaged figures. So if you have a broken one, don't despair, reach out to NECA for your replacement.
