Savage World is Funko's line of 80s inspired action figures that use the basic form factor as Masters of the Universe. Each figure is sort of a "what if?" version of the character represented.

The line consists of 5 figures from the most iconic horror franchises from the 80s (and still relevant today).

  • Freddy Krueger (A Nightmare on Elm Street)
  • Jason Vorhees (Friday the 13th)
  • Leatherface (A Texas Chain Saw Massacre)
  • Michael Myers (Halloween: Ressurection)
  • Pinhead (Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth)

Let's take a look at each one. Click on the headers to read the full review of each one.

Freddy Krueger
(A Nightmare on Elm Street)

Freddy Krueger

Freddy comes with a gloved hand, which is a separate removable accessory.

Jason Vorhees
(Friday the 13th)

Two weapons are included: his signature machete and a bone ax.

Jason Vorhees

Leatherface
(A Texas Chain Saw Massacre)

Leatherface

Leatherface

Leatherface features an interchangeable arm with chainsaw and hammer.

Michael Myers
(Halloween: Ressurection)

Michael Myers

Michael Myers (misspelled "Meyers" on the card) comes with two steak knives.

Pinhead
(Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth)

Pinhead

Pinhead comes with the Lament Configuration cube, and two bladed weapons. I accidentally threw away the weapons. I am not good at this.

The series is incredibly well done, with no issues with quality, and amazing paint jobs. The whole concept of this line is great, and I can't wait to see what else they do with the idea.
