The Yamato rep we spoke to told us that the Armored Trooper Votoms Brutishdog variant was currently in the works, and should be available after next May. When asked if there would be any other mechs from Votoms such as the Berserga or Snapping Turtle were being planned he told us that it's highly unlikely as it would mean a totally new sculpt, whereas the Brutishdog is a slight re-working of the original Scopedog. He did say that the Mashydog variant seemed like a possible future project.
The weapon pack, and back pack accessories should be available in October for $46, and $54 respectively.
ToyboxDX's Tim Brisko has lovingly painted his Scopedog with weathering effects, and has added the red shoulder. Tim's 'Dog was on loan to Yamato to show what could be done with toy. | |
