Fujimaru Ritsuka, or usually just “Gudako”, is the self-insert female protagonist of the Fate/Grand Order mobile game. While there is also a male protagonist (“Gudao”), Gudako is much more popular, appearing in more of the official comics and merchandise. She even got the preferential treatment for a Nendoroid release, a Wonder Festival exclusive from early 2017.
Along with the figure and stand, Gudako comes with two effect parts, three extra arms, another leg, two faces, and alternate hair pieces.
This is decidedly another high-quality release from GSC, not skimping on any of the details.
Gudako’s all-important Command Seal is rendered superbly, especially when it’s probably a millimeter.
Looking at her from the side, the design influence of Emiya Shirou becomes more apparent.
Gudako is ready to summon new Servants and send them into battle, whether or not they’re super-deformed like her.
The real appeal of this figure, however, is turning Gudako into the her more psychopathic appearance from the official “Learn More With Manga!” comics, made popular by her mascot character in this form that frequents Fate promotional events.
In this alternate personality, Gudako deploys her long “Stroking Arm” that she uses to display affection.
She also comes with a hand holding a smartphone with Fate/Grand Order loaded up on it, presumably to fail to roll for rare Servants, so she can then complain about the game some more. Gudako is one of the more interesting additions to my collection, and I’m looking forward to taking more odd pictures with her as my selection of Fate characters expands.
