Boar Predator

Boar Predator is one of the Predators shown at the end of Predator 2 when Danny Glover enters the Predator’s ship. They are kind of “blink and you’ll miss them” characters, but it seems Hiya is committed to doing them all in their Exquisite Mini series.

The box is compact, and similar in style to a S.H. Figuarts box.

This figure comes with an assortment of accessories including a stand, 2 stand connectors, variant hands, disc and short and long spear weapons.

Again, the detail is great, but there’s not a lot of reference for this Predator other than other toys of it. It;s a solid action figure, with a great paint wash over the skin texture. Really astounding for a $20 figure.

There’s a holder for the disc on the side, but it takes a few tries to get it to stay in place.

Each hair tendril is a separate piece that can move independently of the others. The mask they attach to is not removable.

The extended spear is essentially the same as the ones that came with each of the other predators. It’s just a bit too big to stay held in the hand.

An un-extended version is included.

It’s a great figure, but I prefer the versions without the masks on. Only a few in this line have them.
