The fan-favorite gamer turned robot pilot Hana Song, also known as D.va, finally makes her appearance in the Nendoroid lineup. I figured she’d be even earlier in the release schedule, but she was worth the wait!

D.va comes with five extra regular hands, her bubble gum, her gun, a small version of the MEKA, and three hands with accessories attached. Plus, of course, the main point of the Nendoroid lineup, two extra swappable faces!

Every detail of the pilot suit is rendered spectacularly from every angle! Even the tiniest decal is not missed.

My favorite detail is how her hair is on a joint to allow it to move freely, I’ve never seen a Nendoroid that’s done that before.

If you like, you could even take off the back part of her hair entirely! It’s a cute look for her, just don’t let anyone see her from any angle from the front.

All of D.va’s expressions are adorable. I was hoping you could remove her headset, but alas, it is a part of her front hair piece.

Typically, Nendoroids just come with a bunch of different swappable arm pieces, but D.va is fully articulated, and pretty well, too.

Her first set of accessories are some trademark Gamer Snacks. The implications of the snack bag being labeled “D.vas” are rather terrifying, however. Did she buy the Frito-Lay company and rebrand them? Does she just have a personalized snack bag? Jeff, I need to know.

To attach her blowing-bubble-gum piece, it goes around her neck joint by detaching her head.

Of course, D.va also comes with her gun, your only defense when the MEKA explodes. While you can recreate many of her highlight intros with it, my personal favorite thing I’ve done with it is combined it with one of the hands from her heart emote.

The pint-sized MEKA is surprisingly articulated, featuring movement at the arms, legs, and waist.

I thought that Good Smile would put out a full-sized version of the MEKA, but if they are, they haven’t made that public yet. I decided to pick up the Funko version, which turned out to be a solid alternative.

Having a full-sized MEKA really makes this figure even better.

To be honest, this is one of my new favorite parts of my collection. Nendoroid D.va is cute, poseable, and a whole lot of fun. The best part is, Overwatch Nendoroids are even available at your local Target or Gamestop, you won’t even have to import it. Until next time!
