It’s a basic Popy soft vinyl robot figure with a brass ring in the head and arms up in the air. The only point of articulation is at the waist.
The brass ring is attached to a long metal chain.
The Necklace was sold in a plastic capsule, similar to todays UFO Capsule toys.
