Grendizer

This Grendizer / Goldorak statue is the first piece I’ve handled from ABYStyle, and it’s rather nice. It’s a fixed pose statue, but it has a few things going for it. Lets review!

The box is nice, and rather large, with a full view of the figure through the window.

Inside, everything rests in a two-layer plastic tray.

You can pose Grendizer on the Spazer, or stand him alone.

The figure looks great, but it’s fixed-pose. No movement whatsoever. Good thing it’s a cool pose!

The harkens connect inside of a hole in the hand.

The Spazer needs the wings added.

The stand is set an an angle so you can rotate it to define the angle of display. The edge lines up with a notch at the bottom of the Spazer.

You’ll need to remove the cover on two small holes on the Spazer to insert Grendizer’s foot pegs. He comes with a second set of feet that you’ll have to swap out to attach.

The end result is STUNNING.
