Machine Massigler
The Machine Massigler is Kamen Rider Fourze’s bike; his “Ride” if you will. Since I absolutely LOVED Kamen Rider Fourze, I knew I had to have his bike when it was released in the S.H. Figuarts toy line! Lately, Bandai has been doing a good thing and releasing the main Rider’s bike as a mass release instead of a Tamashii Web Exclusive. The Tamashii Webification of other Kamen Rider bikes have made it almost impossible to snag one of them, so this is a welcome change. I mean, you can’t have a Kamen Rider without a bike! That would be CRAZY! CRAZY!
SO!
It’s a motorcycle. You put Bugmens on it and he looks good.
OH HO HO! It comes with some ACCESSORIES! It comes with two sets of handlebars: a rigid pair and a rubbery pair. Honestly, I’m not sure exactly why they did this because both sets work just fine. Anyway, it also comes with a pair of bike-riding hands for Fourze, a small stand, the FLASH Module, and two Flash Module switches. One switch is for ON and the other is for OFF, but the difference is SO MINOR that I’m not even sure why they bothered.
I will say that it looks nice and has all the details from the show. It even has working shocks on the rear tire! My main complaint is that there isn’t a lick of diecast ANYWHERE on this bike! For a 4,000 yen accessory, I would have thought that they would include at least A LITTLE bit of metal. Even if it was just on the frame! The bike feels really light.
All in all, this is something for diehard Kamen Rider Fourze fans only. If you only have a passing interest in Kamen Rider you may be disappointed in the overall package to price ratio.
Unless you’re a BAWSS.
