Mazinger Z

So here I am at my desk nearly three years after taking pictures of this toy for a review, and in hindsight it seems like a foolhardy venture to begin with. I mean, what to say about this crummy toy other than to show it exists?

I guess I could tell you how big it is. I think it’s about nine and a half inches tall,or thereabouts. It’s hard for me to say exactly since in the time between taking the pictures and doing this write up, the toy has been placed in my case and it would be a huge pain to get to it now.

Let’s see, what else? OK, how about country of origin? Would it have surprised you much to learn it came from Mexico? Probably not, I’d bet.

Material? Knowing me, you could have guessed blow molded polyethylene. No surprises there. I guess the only other thing to point out is that instead of a “Z”, this one sports an “S” on the waist.

So maybe we should call him “Mazinger S”.
