Raideen Purintogoma

These tops were made by a company called Suehiro, and I think they are called Purintogoma (プリントゴマ) which I think translates into Printed Tops. These came on a card with a bubble, but no lie – my dog ate it. I was able to salvage the backing card and the tops, but the bubble and string were gone. Here’s what it would have looked like:

 The tops are plastic, with a tin top with the characters printed on top. You would launch them like a traditional Japanese top, with the string wound around the shaft, and watch them battle.
