Stormtrooper (Mimban)

Basically, if you put “trooper” in the name, and it’s from Star Wars, i’m gonna buy it. Even though this Mimban Stormtrooper kind of stinks, for $5 it was fine. Most of the things I really liked about the Range Trooper are absent here.

Like others in the line, you get great front card art, and crappy card back.

While this figure looks great, it’s near impossible to stand up on its own. You really need a modern action figure stand to display him properly. Also, the arms are fixed into gun holding pose, which works great for one gun, but not another.

Yeah, I left the little rubber tie on to keep the blaster in place.

the molded cape is nice, but the overall weathering on the figure highlights seam lines, espescially in the helmet.

Not a fan of these arms. The wrists rotate though.

The second weapon is a rather long rifle, and you can see here how awkward it looks to pose. It slings over the shoulder well enough.

It’s fine if you have a stand, otherwise good luck.
