Stormtrooper Two Pack

Continuing the ArtFX+ line, Koto adds a a pair of Stormtroopers to the mix.

Like previous releases, these are packed in a slick, glossy black box with images of the troopers on the box. Inside, the parts and pieces are stored in a vacuum-formed tray.

ArtFX releases are generally fixed pose statutes that require some snap-fit assembly. This release, however, features a TON of extra parts and pieces to subtly adjust the pose on your troopers.

Sculpted detail and proportions are very good. Kotobukiya’s craftsmanship really shines here.

Paint applications are neat and clean and lovingly applied. The white is glossy and slick, and the black is flat. The figures just “pop” on the shelf.

The figures feature magnets in the feet and magnets in the provided bases so they will “stick” to the base just fine.

These guys look great and the extra arms and legs give collectors a nice variety of poses available. For the money you get a lot of choices on how to display these guys.

At a suggested retail price of 74.99 you get two figures to begin your army building. Not bad. If Star Wars statues are your thing you could do worse than to try out the 1/10th scale offerings from Kotobukiya in their ArtFX+ line.
