With Swoop you get a sword and another giant hand/foot. I’m more impressed by his alt mode than I was with Slug’s.

He looks pretty cool with his sword, too.

The alt mode is effectively a block with wings and a beak. The joint that flips the chestpiece onto the robot face to form the Pteranodon head is a little weak and tends to flop off.

Like many other recent Transformers, Swoop has a port on his back for a display stand to plug into. However, it’s rather oddly placed in the alt mode so it’s hard to get him to fly properly. Also, you can attach the sword to the beak, but it looks rather uncanny.

Arm and especially leg modes are rather unintuitive again, but they look cool enough that I’m interested in the final product. I didn’t like Swoop quite as much as Slug but he’s by no means a bad toy.
